Last Updated: October 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://rvrepairfortlauderdale.com and your engagement of mobile RV repair services provided by RV Repair Fort Lauderdale ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") throughout Broward County, Florida. By contacting us to schedule service, accepting a written estimate, or allowing our technicians to perform work on your RV, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide mobile RV repair and maintenance services at locations throughout Broward County, Florida, including residential addresses, campgrounds, RV parks, and storage facilities. Services are performed by our employed or contracted technicians and are subject to availability, parts availability, and weather conditions. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our reasonable discretion.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide written estimates before commencing any work. Estimates are based on the technician's initial assessment and are subject to revision if additional damage, failed components, or required parts are discovered during the repair process. We will notify you of any material change to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work. Final charges are based on actual labor time and parts used, which may differ from the initial estimate.
Labor is billed at our then-current hourly rate, rounded to the nearest 15-minute increment. A diagnostic or service call fee applies to each visit and is disclosed at time of scheduling. Parts are billed at our cost plus a standard markup disclosed on the estimate. Tax applies where required by Florida law.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service at the time of the technician's visit. We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic payment methods as disclosed at time of scheduling. Returned checks or failed electronic payments are subject to a $35 returned payment fee plus any bank charges we incur. Accounts not paid within 30 days of service are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We reserve the right to place a mechanic's lien on your RV for unpaid service charges in accordance with Florida Statute Chapter 713.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that: the RV is accessible to our technician at the scheduled time and location; you or an authorized adult representative is present during service; the RV is in a safe and operable condition for our technician to work on; and you have legal authority to authorize repairs (as owner or as an authorized agent of the owner). If a third party owns the RV, you represent that you have the owner's authorization to engage our services.
Warranty on Repairs
We warrant our labor against defects in workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of service. Parts supplied by us are subject to the manufacturer's warranty, which we will pass through to you. Our labor warranty does not cover: damage caused by continued operation of a damaged system, failures in other systems or components not addressed in the repair, damage from subsequent accidents or improper use, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is the exclusive remedy for labor defects and is not transferable.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE OF YOUR RV, LOST RENTAL INCOME, CAMPSITE FEES, TRAVEL COSTS, OR ANY OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Before initiating litigation, either party may request non-binding mediation, and both parties agree to participate in good faith.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services after a modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
